Ban apeal for epsdude

epsdude as i said i see no reson to unban u... and im a op and are handling ur appeal. u have been on for a while so u could know revs a op he have been it for a long time and in the rules it say:

no cheating (hacking/glitching/spamming)

client spammer hack are covered in the "hacking", spamming are a own rule.

And you're spamming posts instead of putting all your points into one. Point being, you have no supporting eveidnce for your cause besides "HURR I DIDNT KNOW", so, I spam you with memes. Seems fair

Wow a lot happened here while i was away I'm just going to address this one post

Rev told me to quit spamming but I thought he was just some 5 year old who just join so me being who I am posted it again just to screw with him. If I would of known he was an admin I probobly wouldnt have because I have more respect for authority and friends.

This is a rather pointless argument. Kind of like a guy saying "If i knew the hooker was a cop i wouldn't have offered her money for sex" Even if i wasn't an admin i was alerting you to the fact thet you shouldn't be doing what you were doing. Pissing off spawn rats with spamming does not make spamming okay. And i thought you were denying you did it a second time. Are you now only denying you did the porn link 3 times? Maybe if you jog your giddy memory a little more you'd remember that too.

I didnt really think of it as spam because ive been playing on another server for about 2 years where spamming was flooding the whole chatbox and was punishable by kicking. If I would of known that by posting a link 3 times was spamming and punishable by ban I certainly would not of done it.

This one is like "I can fly on the other servers i play on" It's your job to know the rules of the server you're on i do belive the spawn sign still says ignorance is no excuse.

Because you had spamming listed with hacks glitching ETC i assumed you were talking about clients that flood the chatbox and also because you said anything that gives you an unfair advantage so I didnt know what the deal was with actual spamming. (No clear rule listed) I honostly didnt think anything of it when I did it and I was pretty suprised when I pulled back up my minecraft and I was bannned. If the rules were more clear this most likly would not of happend. Long story short it was from missinformation. I think I deserver the benefit of a doubt and a second chance because I actually care a lot about that server and its been eating me up that I cant play on it this week.

If all those things are part of the same rule you must realize they all suffer the same punishment. No matter which thing you do off the list it is still going to be breaking rule #2 which has always been banable. In the past people have been banned for less. As far as the confusion of spam / hack spam, We have always been easier on non hack spam, they're the ones that get a warning first (like you). But now that paste is allowed you don't need to hack/macro to flood the chat, there's not much difference any more.

All in all this "i didn't know better" argument, is the best you've got and since "ignorance is no excuse" i wouldn't say it's a very strong argument. So just chill out and pray yukar will have pity on you when he comes around, cuz he's the only one who might yet unban you.

you keep asking the same pointless questions... Rule two says No cheating (blah blah blah spamming blah blah blah) Spamming is not a cheat and that was very unclear... You jsut keep bringning back the same arguments...

I didn't ask you any thing I told you the facts. Rule 2 seperates several different things with commas ergo a list not one thing. Hacking, spamming, glitching, xray, ... is strictly forbidden. Not: using the Fly hack xray spam glitch is strictly forbidden. It's seems pretty clear to every one else. I'm not making any arguments i've only been presenting facts to help you as you seem rather confused. I did read other posts and if i repeated anything it's just to give a clear perspective of how i as an admin feel rather than that of all the random players that seem to have taken a vested interest in fighting your appeal.

Like i said, and you didn't read, this is not really matter for arguing. i presented my side of things as the banning party and you presented your side as the banned party and now you'll just have to wait for yukar to pass a final judgement.

I don't think epsdude should be banned for doing what he was asked of from Yukar.

I didn't claim to be op when i was speaking in white and he didn't tell me to go fuck myself as yukar suggested. He broke the rules which yukar did not tell him to do

I admit i could have done it with the [Server] dialog and that shred of a detail is certainly in his favor and i'm sure yukar will take that in to consideration.

@Eps i'm sorry you don't realize that commas denote a list of different things you seem to be reading it has No hacking: (<Colon as if to start a list with the hacking heading) glitching, spamming, etc.
