The screenshot is hard, factual evidence. THAT is hard supporting evidence. And someone dying every 3 seconds flooding that chat to such levels is annoying -- I've been kicked for far less on this server and on other games.

When I was able to type it was because I spawned multiple times where the zombie had seemingly despawned before it showed up again moments later:killing me again before camping at my bed once-more. Hence me screaming "nevermind". I was also given some miniscule time to say small things such as: hi.

Ok so you used the chances to run out from the zombie to type useless shit in chay instead of actually trying to survive? Totally intentional. In one of the screenshots we can see you saying you scaped the zombie but instead of actually getting out of the house or getting to safety, you decided to stay in range of the zombie, then you died again. And dying thay last time gave you a lot of time to run away again and get to safety before he could go back to your bed, BUT you decided to stay besides your bed and type "nevermind" "neverfuckingmind" instead of actually trying to get to safety, again. You said you had some minuscule time intervalle to type things such as "hi" wich is completely useless. If you had enough time to press "T", typing "hi" and then press "enter", I think you had more than enough chances to hit the zombie multiple times and end up him dying. I just mentionned 3 huge chances that you could have taken to get out of there but you didn't because you CHOSE to do useless shit that you knew would lead you to dying again. If you really wanted to get out, you would have made it out no problem.

I think this deserves ban.

Well she wasn't there to confirm 'thoughts and emotions' and you have no control over their decisions so I'd drop it.
It's not about thoughts and emotions, what the heck. You don't ban people over emotions, your theory is ridiculous. It's their actions you ban over if they break server rules intentionally.

If anyone is blind it's probably you. You claim I was gone for a long period of time (which I was) and you say shouldn't be on here helping decide if he gets a ban or not. I am back on the server now because what I did was not worth a ban like you thought I deserved. I witnessed this first hand whereas you didn't. You really have no say because you didn't witness it. You can see my name in the chat on those pictures. - So you're wrong.

I'm not sure why you like this community, they show you little respect and the staff never does what you say they should do, lol. Really pathetic, look at your post count. Congrats, but wait, all of those are wasted messages that aren't meaningful or uplifting to the server and it's players.

I'm telling you that you've been absent for quite some time and you simply jumping ontop of a ban appeal isn't ideal.
What you did was worth a ban, and you got one as such. Not only did I think you deserved it, a great number of others did as well.
Just because I don't witness a murder first hand doesn't mean I can't dispute the evidence presented in a court, you retard.
I never said that you weren't in the chat log, you keep bringing that up and I keep ignoring it because it keeps adding nothing to the argument. Unless you physically had something to do with it, or you are presented as being such in evidence, it doesn't matter, it's nothing more than a claim.

I don't like this community. I don't like hardly any but a select few people in this community. The fact that I don't like this community nulls the point that they don't show respect to me, and I don't care if I have people sucking my dick and eagerly awaiting me to say words and congradulate them on circle jerking around me. Why should the staff do what I say they should? They're the staff and they are in the position as such because Yukar deems them able to take care of the server without interjections or influence from other players, and they do just that. If anything, that just bolsters the fact that the Ops, Owners, and Root owners are top-notch staff who know what they're doing, and that they don't have a stick up their ass or play favorites.

You may think such posts aren't meaningful, but you might need to re-read what is a fact and an opinion. Your feelings to me are your opinions. You being a shitler and bringing up a personal feud between me and you is a matter-of-fact you being a butthurt, raging, late-teen. Grow up and stick to the thread at hand -- you can complain that I'm not nice in some more private messages.


AT THE MATTER AT HAND:
Obviously he had plenty of time to attempt an attack on the zombie or get away from it if he really needed to. Obviously, he didn't really want to get away from it. Thus, he's allowing himself to die over and over, thus spamming the chat and causing disruption in the game.
