feather falling enchantment broken

i got feather falling iv on my dia boots and it does absolutely nothing... tested it with and without them and it makes no difference

and yes i am in main world

we noticed that too, incredible how mojang manage to fuck up their game mechanics even when they supposedly didn't even touch them in the changelog.

I think it might be the server, fall damage seems to just not work at all as intended. Slimeblocks don't break falls and I've died from landing in water also.
