Hackers running rampant

I know someone has probably already made a post for this and I know you guys are probably getting tired of me posting shit, but the problem is when there are no OP's on (such as now), hackers run rampant. Right now some kid is running around spawn killing people dual wielding diamond swords. Like wtf we have to put an end to this shit. So I propose and this has probably already been proposed by others is that we need to instill more moderators. There should be at least one on almost all the time.

Thing is, there cant always be one on. The ops are very dedicated, but have lives outside of Minecraft, and the server. They try their best, but there cant alway be one on.

Like ginger said, it is extremely hard to find ops to be on all the time. Unless you have ops of all nationalities, it's hard for even one to be on at a time.
I'm sure Yukar & Friends would get more ops if they found anyone suitable, but I guess that haven't or haven't been specifically looking.
