Sagie Town it was a small settlement near spawn on the Western x-axis.It was built around the house of sagie_gaming. It consisted of sagie's house, 2 castles (build by dacegod863 and ChuckFuk), a farm, and a few other structures. It's also where Lake Wheaty is located.
