Topic on Simplicitypvp:Report & appeal

About a month ago I heard of this server Simpvp. I thought it was normal anarcy and I didn't read chat or any of the signs in spawn. That is why I on my account Cnastret was banned for hacking. I didn't know hacking wasn't allowed until I was jailed. Then I simply logged off. Then just a few days ago I thought it would be fun to play on the server again. I had reasently bought a second account called Qubisten, so I thought I could play on that accout instead. At the time I didn't actually know about Ban evasion, being very new to being banned. Because of the chat message about you not giving a second chance, I didn't know you could make an appeal. Now after trying to escape spawn I was jailed again for ban evasion. Just to clarify, I WAS NOT hacking on the second account and wasn't even thinking of hacking again. I never had any bad intensions when I was hacking on the first account.

I was wondering if I could be unbanned / unjailed preferably on both accounts. As I said I wasn't aware of the rule of not hacking. I simply did not pay good enough attention. That I have learned now is not a good idea(Not paying attention). Hacking is only somthing I have done on anarcy servers and I have no intensions of ever hacking again.

Sorry for the late reply, in order to be unbanned you need to write an essay explaining why you wish to be unjailed, exactly what you did to be banned and what you will contribute to the server if you are unbanned. This essay has to be minimum 400 words. You can send it in this Jail Appeal on its completion.

Hello. I hope you can still read this appeal. I am very sorry for not responding sooner. When I first wrote the appeal, it was right at the end of the school year and they didn’t go easy on us. I simply had to focus on school so this went out of my mind. Now, I haven't been at home for a while and I have spent time with my family. I hope you understand. Here is the essay. I am sorry if there are any misspellings or weird sentences in the text. I am not a native English speaker. I hope it will work.

Essay:

Three reasons I want to be unjailed is firstly, that I want to play on a bit of a different server. I have played on a lot of different servers. Minigame on servers, towny servers, some anarchy servers, but I have only ever played on one server like this. It is dead though. But I loved the risk. To maybe have your stuff griefed. Having to travel thousands of blocks to find a new spot. This server still has an active community and it has a long history. There are not a lot of servers that still have an active community after thirteen years. It is a good sign that this server has managed to do so. The second reason I want to play is to interact with the community. I could of course just play on a normal survival singleplayer world. But I think that is very boring. It is much more fun to be able to speak with other people while playing. Maybe I could even make some new friends.

As you know I was banned on two accounts. The first account was banned for hacking. Specifically for flight. I did not want to cause any harm. The spawn was very hard to escape. And as I wrote in the appeal I didn’t know about the rule that hacking wasn’t allowed. I would never have hacked if I knew. You would only imagine the process I normally go through to check if a mod is allowed on a specific server. I am sorry for hacking. It isn’t my style to go around hacking like that. I didn’t know I was doing anything wrong. This time I was for some reason not thinking about checking. I just wanted to escape spawn and just kind off mind my own business. The second account was banned for ban evasion. This wasn’t to keep hacking. This was to play legit on the server to have fun. I wasn’t breaking any rules other than the ban evasion rule. I was trying to start fresh.

As for what I would contribute. I would be able to help people in the chat. I could help people with gathering items. I am interested in the more technical side of the game so maybe I could help others with redstone builds. And groups are a thing right? I was actually thinking about maybe joining one of those. I would just be a nice and helpful guy who hopefully doesn't die in the process of helping the community.
