Hello, My account KingSpookyTheIII was jailed due to the use of auto reconnect in the server I did not know how to access the forum to read the rules of the server until about a 1 month in on the server I had been using auto recconnect on the server to afk farms for a longer duration of time, and I realized way to late that it was illegal mod to use and that it would result in a ban. I hope you can understand that I wasn't intentionally trying to cause any harm with auto reconnect mod I was simply trying to get more resources and at the time my wifi could not with stand being in on the server for over 5-15 minute without disconnecting so then i applied the mod to my game and I had not realized that it was giving me a unfair advantage I realized my mistake and read the rules and know now what Is find and is illegal I also know now to ask any admins about certain mods that I may doubt the legality of it. I had also made an appeal before but was denied and told to wait a year to appeal again.

The Three reasons I want to be unjailed is that i had enjoyed the time spent making friends within the community and have made a lot of good long standing friendships within the server I've also worked on projects with lots of people on the server that I had befriended and I want to come back to play with them and genuinely enjoy playing some minecraft and building. Ive had a few big projects on the server with my friends that had been left unfinished and we had been wanting to continue our plans further on the server to expand our bases and starting new ones. I will be contributing to multiple old projects that I was working on a year ago I've got great knowledge and experience on building as i built at alot of saisei bases and contributed to multiple large scale builds and projects like my jesus statue whitehorse and a few other unnamed projects.

Secondly reason to why Id like to be unbanned is i enjoy the fun and friendships made from events and events that I'd host with my friends that'd be simple but fun unserious series of games that could be played at small little community bases that I had built onto the server. I enjoyed the coded game events that everyone made in the server and would also love to participate again in it. As it was top 5 things on the server for me to do if I wasnt hanging out chatting or building on the server.

My Final reason is I promise to show any mods or proof of what im using to help show my legitimacy to the server and community to help build back trust that I will not use any illegal mods again I learnt my lesson from auto recconnect a year ago and really just wanna go back to playing the server with my team and having fun like the old days with the community. I always participated in chatting and any events that occurred throughout the community I've never been really toxic or controversial to anyone and mainly made friends with everyone ive met on the server if not made best friends on the server that i continue to enjoy playing with and would like to continue playing on the server with my friends.

About a month ago I heard of this server Simpvp. I thought it was normal anarcy and I didn't read chat or any of the signs in spawn. That is why I on my account Cnastret was banned for hacking. I didn't know hacking wasn't allowed until I was jailed. Then I simply logged off. Then just a few days ago I thought it would be fun to play on the server again. I had reasently bought a second account called Qubisten, so I thought I could play on that accout instead. At the time I didn't actually know about Ban evasion, being very new to being banned. Because of the chat message about you not giving a second chance, I didn't know you could make an appeal. Now after trying to escape spawn I was jailed again for ban evasion. Just to clarify, I WAS NOT hacking on the second account and wasn't even thinking of hacking again. I never had any bad intensions when I was hacking on the first account.

I was wondering if I could be unbanned / unjailed preferably on both accounts. As I said I wasn't aware of the rule of not hacking. I simply did not pay good enough attention. That I have learned now is not a good idea(Not paying attention). Hacking is only somthing I have done on anarcy servers and I have no intensions of ever hacking again.

Sorry for the late reply, in order to be unbanned you need to write an essay explaining why you wish to be unjailed, exactly what you did to be banned and what you will contribute to the server if you are unbanned. This essay has to be minimum 400 words. You can send it in this Jail Appeal on its completion.

Hello. I hope you can still read this appeal. I am very sorry for not responding sooner. When I first wrote the appeal, it was right at the end of the school year and they didn’t go easy on us. I simply had to focus on school so this went out of my mind. Now, I haven't been at home for a while and I have spent time with my family. I hope you understand. Here is the essay. I am sorry if there are any misspellings or weird sentences in the text. I am not a native English speaker. I hope it will work.

Essay:

Three reasons I want to be unjailed is firstly, that I want to play on a bit of a different server. I have played on a lot of different servers. Minigame on servers, towny servers, some anarchy servers, but I have only ever played on one server like this. It is dead though. But I loved the risk. To maybe have your stuff griefed. Having to travel thousands of blocks to find a new spot. This server still has an active community and it has a long history. There are not a lot of servers that still have an active community after thirteen years. It is a good sign that this server has managed to do so. The second reason I want to play is to interact with the community. I could of course just play on a normal survival singleplayer world. But I think that is very boring. It is much more fun to be able to speak with other people while playing. Maybe I could even make some new friends.

As you know I was banned on two accounts. The first account was banned for hacking. Specifically for flight. I did not want to cause any harm. The spawn was very hard to escape. And as I wrote in the appeal I didn’t know about the rule that hacking wasn’t allowed. I would never have hacked if I knew. You would only imagine the process I normally go through to check if a mod is allowed on a specific server. I am sorry for hacking. It isn’t my style to go around hacking like that. I didn’t know I was doing anything wrong. This time I was for some reason not thinking about checking. I just wanted to escape spawn and just kind off mind my own business. The second account was banned for ban evasion. This wasn’t to keep hacking. This was to play legit on the server to have fun. I wasn’t breaking any rules other than the ban evasion rule. I was trying to start fresh.

As for what I would contribute. I would be able to help people in the chat. I could help people with gathering items. I am interested in the more technical side of the game so maybe I could help others with redstone builds. And groups are a thing right? I was actually thinking about maybe joining one of those. I would just be a nice and helpful guy who hopefully doesn't die in the process of helping the community.

Over the course of the last few days i made the stupid decision to use xray, i was using it to find portals to explore bases, if it makes the situiation any better i didnt have any bad intentions, i was only exploring the bases and ruins, collecting banners and books i found and not greifing anything. The stuff was meant to go in a museum of server history where i would write the storys of said banners and books.

I know this is one of the worst offenses i could have made so i fear there is little hope for me, but i will still take a shot in hopes of getting unjailed anyway. This server is pretty special and i was looking forward to getting established here, and just as a got banned i was invited to a group with a few people so it makes it hurt a little more. The history on this server also makes it really special so theres no doubt i would have stayed here for a long time if i didnt get banned.

If you decide to pardon me, this wont ever happen again of course as i've learned how strict and observant you guys are when it comes to your rules, and i promise to better myself.

Hey, I last played the server around a year ago with some of my friends. I logged off with a lot of my loot, logged on today again since a few of my friends started playing again & wanted to continue our base, however I am jailed. Im not sure exactly why as its been around a year since the last time I logged in, and I was not jailed then. Username is Troll_Bebek, is there any way you'd be able to tell me the reason since I honestly cannot guess why.

I was put in Jail by "Reach + Air-Place", I asked a friend if I could use Lithematics and he told me that there was no problem, I didn't know that you can't use the "EasyPlace" option i just tried the "EasyPlace" mode because it was my first time using Lithematics, i will stop using the "EasyPlace" mode and i could remove the blocks that I placed with the "EasyPlace" mode without problem; And i started reading the rules so that this type of inconvenience does not happen again. Please help me solve this problem.
