The Paid Workers Community (PWC) is a group set up by sav5 and owned by TSCOT. Sav5 does not fucking approve that his group is owned by TSCOT, but he thinks "Whatever, I do not care." Workers are given simple tasks to perform in return for gear and the potential to join TSCOT.
