Known for his common use of profanity in chat, TaintedTango first joined Simplicitypvp on the 11th of June 2018. He is a solitary figure and prefers to work on "Retardedly Functional" builds rather than socialize with others, Only interacting with his close network of associated players when there is a suitable call for action. Without any group association, He is free to abject to common curtesy or be flagrant with his opinions without risking exposure to the methods of player checking that the "Nesting Hens" commonly employ. As such, TaintedTango is considered one of the spiciest pickles on the plantation.

TaintedTango is known for his fertility and has seeded the Simplicity Soil on many occasions.

Locations and Adventures

TaintedTango currently has a number of locations under development, Only one of which is known to the wider community, The rest being private or shared.

His building style is best described as THICC. He dislikes the thin veneer afforded to some of the larger bases heralded by the other players and sees them as incomplete skeletons, Hollow imposters crowded together to create lacklustre illusions. This has defined his approach to architecture and inspired the implementation of density combined with grandeur to create spectacle. The finish is in the function, And as such, Every area is defined a reason for it's existence within a project (Every room in a grand castle would have a designation, Be it cooking, Storing specific item types ect)


Upon first joining TaintedTango was alone and without company, He was greeted with a few friendly players and kept in modest relation with them. His journey from spawn was harsh, And after setting up a small 20k base and purchasing an Elytra, He made his first long voyage through the Nether to scout potential locations to establish a more permanent residence upon. With a list of cords, But extremely high standards, The search was long and gruelling... Another more secure temporary hold was erected under a sheet of sea ice while the search continued. It would be a month before that fateful plot of generation would be discovered, And thus was born;


Tower Block


A large imposing structure - Occupying 16 chunks footspace - Towering across 19 floors - With a diverse floorplan of 127 appropriate sized rooms allocated for every conceivable purpose and then reliably conformed to said assignment - settled into a valley surrounded on three sides by mountains with an ocean to the fourth. In a mushroom biome combined with some uniquely wonderful generation, The project will raise the standards by which future endeavours are measured.


The Gape


This is best described as a really big hole inside of a really big mountain. Having searched for terrain generation that would match up to that of the previous build, Which is still ongoing as many of these projects are, There was discovered a uniquely large mountain for 1.16 generation, Reaching as high as 200 blocks and spanning a width and depth of 500 blocks, The potential was too great to surpass and further inspection was assumed. The location discovered is noted by the few that have seen it to be some of the best naturally generated terrain and true RanGenGold. Thus a build inspired by the great Mines of Moria came to be, But with the plan of fully realizing the scale, TaintedTango decided that the entire mountain was to be excavated and from it a chamber from bedrock to ceiling would be carved. In which great spanning bridges would cross the cavernous chamber, As the Mountain being 500b500 is not perfectly square and although the greater body encompasses 500b500, There are 200 long tendrils settled across the overworld in random directions, Offering the ability to further expand into every available space and create further chambers, The overall effect is expected to reach the render distance of 15 with optifine in the largest of these.
