Quartz Base is the location where The Supreme Cult Of Tem would make massive progress financially and develop into a moderately powerful clan, with it later being griefed by (I think anyways) Tigermouthbear after the First Papyrus Incident. Only half of the base is griefed however unfortunately the other half is lost due to no coordinates of it being screenshotted or noted anywhere and no portals remaining that link to it.
