Birth of Ideation
Valtoria earned its name during the Hijax Conspiracy. When contemplating a name for a new base, Hijax pondered using Valtoria but ultimately settled for III Kroses. However, he kept the name in his catalog. On July 31st, 2023, Hijax founded Vulcan and strove to expand it as much as possible before its inevitable greif. Following this, he took a leave for almost a year, only to return precisely a year later to complete a job he had previously been unable to finish. Welcome to Valtoria.

Location and Breaking Soil
Hijax had rejoined the server in the late hours of July 31st, 2024, And began flying, scouting for a new location to build, eventually finding the land on which Valtoria is built upon, an island inside of a lake, surrounded by fertile lands, rolling hills, plains, towering mountains, and a village with nearby sea access. The island would be cleared first to make room for the important central buildings the nation needed to thrive. Whilst building this, the town ran out of stone, a project was funded to obtain ocean access, and copious amounts of stone, A canal, from the lake, stretching past the nearby <Name> State Park, all the way to the ocean, once completed the town was able to continue building itself.

With the new additions to the nation, buildings would be posted up, multiple houses within the village, extensions of the canal, a park restoration project, and the main storage building located on the island.
