Vulcan is a base that is strictly apolitical and designed for player development and networking. It serves as a peaceful hub to unite players and features numerous farms and a fully operational city. Founding
On July 31st, 2023 Hijax was on the lookout for a new location to construct a better base than the one he currently had on Valleria III. While searching for a trail ruin, he unexpectedly discovered a vast jungle cove that he instantly envisioned as a thriving city, similar to Yittrium. The location was ideal for setting up a large city and multiple farms. Hijax swiftly collected large amounts of building materials and started planning the future of a small port city called SmithStone. Industrial Port Of SmithStone
SmithStone, established in 1850, was the first village and port of Vulcan to be built. It was strategically located at the cove's entrance and near a large river, making it the perfect starting point for a city and port. As more buildings were constructed, planners envisioned a large village for factory owners, and thus, Noir Village was born. The first building was erected until it hit the established walls, and expansion plans were made to accommodate the growing community.
Noir Village
Recently, Kimle joined the team, and he began the process of constructing Noir Village, land was broken on 1873. This involved flattening three mountains and covering up a beautiful jungle landscape to make way for Victorian-style housing. Noir Village grew and expanded, meeting the housing demand crisis of 1875. With the larger suburbs of Vulcan already completed, construction of the next suburb began.
West Bend
West Bend is a small cozy village, with many commercial and leisure areas for citizens, with high density housing the current production manager of West Bend is Tombomb47. This suburb is the sister suburb to Noir Village and is more affordable with a cozy feeling to it, the land was broken on 1889. West Bend is currently under construction.
