Pooligan and berni's place is a place made by Pooligan and berni1410. It might have had a name, but I can't remember. It was a huge place made in a desert, surrounded by big walls. Centrally, it had a huge pyramid sort of akin to Babylon's Hanging gardens (but the resemblance might be unintentional.) It also had among other things a fully functional massive clock tower, and a cute little amphitheater.
