After the original Capital of Pippenger's Empire was found and griefed, The Emperor sent out DakkaDok in the form of 77sapujapu77 to find a locaion for his new Capital, New Caladan. After DakkaDok found a location and built a small fort, most of the Empire's most trusted members moved to New Caladan and began constructing a city bigger than Caladan had ever been. During this period, Pippenger turned the Empire from a monarchy into a republic, allowing votes and introducing a set of laws. However, the voting system and the laws were too complicated and most of the citizens did not care about them. Many were rarely online and construction was mainly done by the Emperor himself and sometimes Alexknvl and DeflowVesper, while iQuint helped by building mob spawners and other machines. Overall, though, most members were not very invested in the project. Eventually one of the citizens, calling himself Horus, betrayed the Empire and began burning the city. The base was abandoned and the Empire fell. Most players left and started other projects or joined other teams. Pippenger decided to give the coordinates of the still impressive city to public for players to visit and enjoy the city.
