NNLM was a base built to house the NoNamedLoser account whilst it was spying on the Church Of Francis, though after it was kicked, TSCOT would abandon the base entirely. Later on when TSCOT would ally with Nexus they decided to make the base mutual land between the two groups for meetings, events ect.

After merging with Nexus, TSCOT would take full control over the base, making it TSCOT's 4th base fully owned.
