After the original Capitol of Pippenger's Empire was found and griefed, The Emperor sent out DakkaDok in the form of 77sapujapu77 to find a locaion for his new capitol, New Caladan. After DakkaDok found a location and built a small fort, most of the Empire's most trusted members moved to New Caladan and began constructing a city bigger than Caladan had ever been. During this period, Pippenger turned the Empire from a monarchy into a republic, allowing votes and introducing a set of laws. But one of the citizens, calling himself Horus, betrayed the Empire and began burning the city. The base was abandoned and the Empire fell. Pippenger decided to give the coordinates of the still impressing city to public for players to visit and enjoy the city. [Pictures will be uploaded once i figure out how to do that]
