Phoenix was the capital city of the Confederacy of Man.

Phoenix had an iron factory, a mob items factory, lots of mob generators, a sugar cane factory, a gunpowder factory, a gold factory, a huge villager hub, an automatic furnace structure, a bamboo factory, an armory and a AFK zone. It also contained the chests room of the Confederacy of Man and its main portal hub.
