There was a hot debate on whether or not to ban Nether Roof travel, there was then a fair vote on whether or not to Ban it, the vote went to the "no" side.
Yukar, who is opposed to Nether Roof travel then started ANOTHER vote (A Re-Vote... really Yukar? I thought you wouldn't do those?), to figure out whether or not we should ban it, at this point the "no" side was already sick of the fight. Brntrogdor, was strongly against banning nether roof travel for a number of reasons, logical and personal. Yes it is a glitch, but... we aren't here to argue that. After winning the first vote to the "no" side of the argument, he was relieved that it would continue to be allowed since it had always been allowed on-server anyways for the last 2.5 years. When it was put up for re-vote he was very angry to say the least. To the last few days he did what he could to get other players to vote "no" and the vote was tied with 2 days to go. MrHoleDigger was another player that was strongly against the ban and (while not at all at to blame for Brntrogdor's mistake) convinced Brntrogdor to use his alt account to vote again. The Legality of using an alt, another persona, to add another vote was never discussed on the forum while of course simply creating extra accounts on the forum just for voting was highly frowned upon but never before punished.
At the end of the voting session, the results were tallied by the OP's, Brntrogdor and MrHoleDigger were banned for one month due to voting more than once and the nether roof travel was banned as well.
Thus SimPVP.net was no longer the best place to play a true vanilla anarchy MineCraft game and Brntrogdor decided to leave MC alone for a long, long time.
There are plenty of questions that could be asked and perhaps answered but that isn't the point, Brntrogdor did cheat according to the rules of the forum and by the authority of Yukar, the name is smeared and the person behind the name feels like crap quite honestly, not because he lost or even because he got caught, but because he let himself do something that was against his own character and justified it in his own mind by the fact that he was in fact representing two real, personally owned, regular players on the server.

Who is Brntrogdor?

I joined the server all thanks to Severate, we had many adventures together including but not limited to... building our first base, griefing our second base and never having another base together ever again. I then joined up with Miniwimi for a time of insane building, high-speed XP farming and getting griefed yet again. Now I'm planning on a base with a few possible names: Numenor, Moria and Rivendell. This base will be built with the aid of a few carefully selected individuals. The idea for this new base is to build everything as epic and efficient as possible, as a team we will never lack any resources, be it food, XP, Gold, Iron, or even diamonds. With the incredible amount of resources will will produce we will then be able to build anything we want, pictures are sure to follow in the next few months.

I will be in events such as Arrow Ravine and Mob Wave on a regular basis as well as in the PVP world once I get this new base going. Oh... and speaking of this new base, that is one place YOU Will never find me.
