On September 15th, 2011 the server's main map was reset. This was the first and only time the map has ever been reset. It was the first major decision made by the server's forum. Players got to keep their inventories as they moved over.

The map reset coincided with the update to 1.8 (beta) and the change to the terrain generation algorithm that accompanied the 1.8 update.

Both the world files and a cartographic map of the 1.7 map can be downloaded as torrents.
