The SimPvP Wiki, unlike the server itself, has few strictly defined rules, and is instead largely managed at the discretion of the moderators. However, anyone who plans to edit this wiki is strongly advised to take note of the following guidelines:

  • Posting intentionally false, inflammatory, heavily biased, or irrelevant information is likely to lead to your edits being reverted, and severe or repeated infractions are likely to lead to the suspension or banning of your account.
  • Pages with few or no images, less than 100 words of text, severe formatting errors, or frequent typos are likely to be heavily edited, deleted, or consolidated with other pages as needed. If you are unsure of how to make a page that is up to standard, please ask a moderator for help in game or on discord, or consult the pages How to Create a SimPvP Wiki Article and https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Contents.
  • It is advised that you do not create a page for any player with less than 250 hours of playtime, unless you have a substantial amount of relevant information to include. If you do not know much information or if the player has not yet done much of significance on the server, you can instead include them on the Minor Players page. There are also Minor Bases and Minor Clans pages for locations and teams, respectively, without enough significance or available information to have pages of their own.
  • Avoid making major or frequent edits to another player's content without their permission. If you think another player is vandalizing your page or violating wiki guidelines, please contact a moderator.
  • A player banned from the SimPvP Minecraft server is not necessarily banned from this wiki, and vice versa.
