Solium Alpha was a base founded by LidGuy and TheMustacheKing in late 2021 after abandoning Solium Beta.

History

Founding

Solium Alpha was founded after disputes between LidGuy with LLx and destroyer420. LidGuy and TheMustacheKing would fly out to a new location, abandoning Solium Beta and calling the new base Solium Alpha.

Beginning

LidGuy would invite multiple Church of Francis members to the base to help but none would end up staying. The members of the base quickly set up multiple farms, including, a sugarcane farm, a gold farm, a melon/pumpkin farm, a villager trading hall, an iron farm, a gunpowder farm, and miscellaneous other small farms.

The original building plan was to have 4 districts each with a different style of building. 1 quadrant would be dedicated to fantasy-style builds, another to modern city-style builds, a third to Japanese-style architecture, and one more to Roman-type builds.

Prosparity

The base was running smoothly, most members were inactive but LidGuy and TheMustacheKing were making steady progress on the base. The center monument had been erected and the districts had begun construction. The most developed of the districts was the city-style quadrant.

With the multiple farms in the base, LidGuy was able to supply lots of orders people made through Melon Boiz Inc.™.

LidGuy would then decide to invite more players to the base, as the slow progress was underwhelming. Hadandyboy, Sprlnkle, Lobster2337 and Lpmaster123 were invited at this time.

Main Base Went

LidGuy would log in one day to notice all of the wooden builds at the base had been burnt and a random selection of items were taken from the storage, he assumed that someone at the base had raided it and immediately started packing up his things.

LidGuy, Coldsauce, TheMustacheKing, and Lobster2337 would flee to Big Mountain (the main base for The 88 at the time), bringing everything valuable left at the base.
