Byzantium is an up and coming SimPVP superbase, founded by Hamieb, Duffilufagus, Das_Dankgineer, and Passaconaway. The base was founded on the combined principles learned after the team abandoned Triterrus, and secret base Atlas was a historic and monumental failure. Byzantium is run by a smaller team then Triterrus and held to much looser standards of in-game rules then that of Atlas, making it the best of both bases thrown into one.
