Byzantium is a base founded by Hamieb, Duffilufagus, Das_Dankgineer, and Passaconaway. The base was founded on the combined principles learned from the successes and failures of Triterrus and Atlas. Byzantium is run by a smaller, and more unified team than Triterrus and held to much looser city rules then that of Atlas, making it the best of both bases thrown into one.
