New Nos Astra is a city formed by DakkaDok in mid 2017, as a replacement for the original Nos Astra, destroyed approximately 1.5 years earlier in the war with the Blue Orchid Cult. Unlike the original, New Nos Astra is an independent city.

The city was found by Fluz34 on the 20th of March 2018 and heavily damaged by a wither he created in it.
