Basic Info
TSCOT Is a group centred around grinding and building. We do not want violence but are prepared to fight back if necessary.
History
The beginning
On the 27th of December 2023, OxTxXTXxTxO and Papyrus839_ were playing bedwars in a voice call together, when OxTxXTXxTxO stumbled across a video created by Fastvincent1 about simpvp. The 2 of them joined the server as the video explained it as exactly the kind of server they had been looking for for along time. When the 2 of them joined, they created a group and named it The Supreme Cult Of Tem.
New Members
After the 2 of them formed a basic spawn base, they invited many of their friends to join simpvp, those friends being SupJOnline, PastChicken6240, Olly_8_Skillz, NoNamedLoser, Ghostblender and TTVDkShadow. The 6 of them joined TSCOT and were swiftly transported to the spawn base. The 8 members of the base all helped build the structure of the base and expand it out further with Papyrus839_ and Ghostblender working mostly on villagers and a carrot farm and the other base members working on the bases structure, storage and other farms.
Unfortunately, after only a small amount of time playing the server, Olly_8_Skillz and TTVDkShadow would both go inactive, and it was collectively agreed to kick NoNamedLoser out of the team due to him being a nuisance in the base, leaving the team with considerably less players than before.
After a while, the team found out about the /world command, and after OxTxXTXxTxO was killed in world by _swiggles_, they decided they would use world to kill members of _swiggles_ team (The Church Of Francis) in retaliation and for gear. This worked out rather well, with the team getting lots of spare loot from killing, and becoming allied with Antzakes1.
The Papyrus Incident
After a lot of activity Papyrus839_ decided he was done for the server, and wanted to quit. He notified OxTxXTXxTxO about this, and kindly donated him the contents of his enderchest. However, Papyrus839_ wasn't done, though he originally wanted to quit peacefully he would log on later that day and leak a section of TSCOT's current main base before fully quitting. Due to Ghostblender quitting at the same time, the rest of TSCOT presumed that he was involved in the leaking and OxTxXTXxTxO and PastChicken6240 entered a fight with him in /world alongside Antzakes1. Whilst this going on, SupJOnline severed all portal connections from the area Papyrus839_ leaked and evacuated all of the bases storage to a safer location.
Post Leaking
Metropolis
Long after the first Papyrus incident, OxTxXTXxTxO had travelled out to a safe enough location for a base to be founded and thus Metropolis was created. The group worked on transferring items between were they had been hidden and to Metropolis.
New Members
The base was very lonely with only 3 semi-active players and this caused OxTxXTXxTxO and the other remaining TSCOT members to become even more inactive, so they decided to invite some more irl friends to join it. Ooftropilis and DarkLukiBoi joined the team after TTVDkShadow became active again, and this caused PastChicken6240 and OxTxXTXxTxO to play the server more, as their base was much more lively.
Spawn Bunker Goes
On the 26th of February 2023, and unexpected event happened were former TSCOT member NoNamedLoser griefed their spawn base alongside _swiggles_. This was unfortunate of course, but not of much meaning to the group as they had long sinced moved away from that location.
The Second Papyrus Incident
Unfortunately, Papyrus839_ would strike again, revealing one of TSCOT's spy accounts, NoNamedLoser.
This was unfortunate, however the team had prepared for this as they knew it would happen sooner or later, so the leaking didnt have as much of an impact as papyrus wanted.
Konogla Greif
Sometime after the NoNamedLoser leaking, OxTxXTXxTxO and Antzakes1 killed Glausthe in /world. To the suprise of both Antzakes1 and OxTxXTXxTxO, Glausthe dropped a lodestone compass to his base,Konogla. After a lot of triangulation and travelling, TSCOT had a portal set up from spawn to the base and it was swiftly griefed.
An alliance with Nexus
When Hijax was kicked from The Church Of Francis he would create the team Nexus and welcomed many TSCOT members to join. Due to this, TSCOT and Nexus worked together on a lot of things, and had a large influence on each other. Because of the strong alliance between the two, Hijax would invite OxTxXTXxTxO to Terminus and PastChicken6240 to Valor.
The first Nexus-TSCOT owned base (NoNamedLoser Mountain) was created not too long after this, however it was technically made much further back, before Nexus was created but TSCOT had abandoned it long ago, so the two teams began building there as mutual land between them.
World Border Reached
Not so long after the alliance between Nexus and TSCOT was made, OxTxXTXxTxO managed to travel to one of the 4 world borders on his travel account after around a week of travel.
Excabor
On the 13/05/23, Excabor construction begun incredibly far out from spawn with the members of the base consisting of : OxTxXTXxTxO, SupJOnline, PastChicken6240, HijaxV2, Gerbbb_.
The base took on a medieval style and grew incredibly quickly.
Merging with Nexus
On the 01/06/23 OxTxXTXxTxO and HijaxV2 would agree to merge Nexus into TSCOT presenting TSCOT with lots of new members and bases. Notably of said members are : HijaxV2, LightBlueGinger and egnaroky.
Shortly after this theotherhades would be accepted into TSCOT after requesting to join.
New Bases
With all former Nexus members now being official TSCOT members, the bases: Terminus and NoNamedLoser Mountain would officially become recognised as TSCOT bases (NNLM moving from 50% TSCOT owned to 100%)
Hamadale Grief
On the 13/06/23 TSCOT would grief Hamadale after obtaining its coordinates and finding out that its members claimed to be CoF allies. This was later confirmed to be incorrect.
Shortly after this, in May TSCOT would welcome Augustlillehammer and Kimle to the group.
Wentxcabor
Unexpectedly, 40 days after its founding Excabor was griefed by the Church of Francis. Originally TSCOT had no clue how the base was found though it was later revealed that Gerbbb accidentally pressed F3 whilst in a video call at the base. After it was griefed, _swiggles_ attempted to camp the ender pearl stasis chambers but failed miserably and was unable to kill a single TSCOT member using them.
Initium Novum
Not so long after the Wentxcabor event, TSCOT would build a base for their recruits and one of the base's members ([theotherhades]]) decided it should be named Initium Novum
On the 17th of July 2023 Gerbbb would be welcomed into TSCOT as a Novice Initiate after requesting to join.
Novum's Name Change
When Hijax was welcomed to Initium Novum he immediately declared "independence" and stated that the name should change as it was not voted on. Hijax' requests were denied however this did not deter him. Hijax made his own section of the base named "Dead Flag", and would continually pester OxTxXTXxTxO to change the base's name to Dead Flag. Eventually OxTxXTXxTxO gave up and put the two names up against eachother in a vote. To the suprise of OxTxXTXxTxO, Initium Novum lost by 1 with Dead Flag winning. Though, after he explained to Hijax how stupid the name Dead Flag sounded he changed his submission to Cascadia. Everyone liked the name and agreed it should be Novum's new name.
Mercator Sanctuarium
On the 9th of August 2023, Mercator Sanctuarium was founded by OxTxXTXxTxO. Not much is public about the base.
