The base of Galeuw was founded on August 4th, 2021 by LordPastaYT after all his bases were leaked by VisionShift due to their relationship falling apart outside of the server. The base consisted of a central tower, outer plots, roads, and an outer wall. It was a floating base as had become the signature style of LordPastaYT up to this point with Mavossa and Turremius. The base would expand vastly across its year of activity attracting lots of members and lots of drama. Between April 9th and 13th, major renovations were started on the central tower.

Of course, this is an absurd amount of players to have at one base, even on simpvp. The drama was bound to happen, and happen it certainly did...
Galeuw 2.0
The drama started when LordPastaYT woke up one morning to log onto the server and notice a member at the base who was not acting quite right. Now at this point, LordPastaYT had gotten to the point where he didn't fully remember who was invited to the base or not, which should have been a warning sign enough, so he initially did not think much of the fact that he could not recognize this person. Regardless, he had work to do. It was May 1st, and renovations were underway. However, eventually, he was worried enough by this new player's skittishness, and eventual panic log-out, that he decided to contact the other members of the base to see who invited him. At this point, players were essentially free to invite whomever they wanted unilaterally.
This had happened before with the member Zarbey who was invited by CarbonKing, as well as the many players invited by mattshooshi. When confronted with the information about the new player Zarbey informed the group that they were friends with the individual, with the IGN Zauski, but had not given them coordinates. This situation was complicated further when both Zarbey and Zauski claimed that the coords were leaked by illegal methods, "ratting" of Zarbey's computer. In the words of Zauski, "He did not give me coords. I took coords from him." The confessions were so clear-cut that admins got involved. This was declared an illegally leaked base, and the base was promptly relocated. This new location was called Galeuw 2.0, even though it was essentially the same base.
Because of the immense size of the base, it had to be loaded over in huge blocks, not all at once. To complicate matters further, LordPastaYT and mattshooshi had the task of deciding who got access to the new coords, and who did not. This was an important issue because clearly just letting all those people back in was not going to work. In the end, it was decided that inactive players and Zarbey were not permitted back.

Decaplex
The Decaplex was a solo project of LordPastaYT which was to serve as a large monument. At its base is a decagon, hence its name, and at its top 6 sides converge inwards to a point while 4 sides extrude upwards into towers which are crowned by glass domes. The entire point of the project was to (1) prove to LordPastaYT that he could still actually build something until its completion, and (2) look good on a map. LordPastaYT achieved both goals with the project. The Decaplex was a side project of LordPastaYT's main base Galeuw and it was built using the facilities at Galeuw. It was started in late May of 2022 and completed on August 6th of 2022.
Downfall
On December 27th, 2022, two players appeared at the base. They were Hiiy, and arrogencuh. They initially claimed that they had peaceful intentions, but soon they began making demands. When these demands were not promptly met, they began fighting. They claimed to have found their way to the base through a portal in the mines under Vwaeos. This is plausible, although they could have also easily found the base through the ongoing restoration project at Harrenhal.
At its final extent, the base was just under 900 blocks long by 650 blocks wide.
