The Free City of Typhoon stands like its predecessor did, upon the open seas, proudly waving the flag of The Wyvernblade. The city was originally a large part of the mega-city complex known as Ymperia, but due to political climate and the events of the last conflict, has seceded from the union of Ymperia to become it's own base. Pushed onwards with the prospects of a greater future, Nebuelaz hopes to complete the city which has been planned to it's fullest extent, but under the banners of The Wyvernblade and The Order of Wilbur.
Despite it's now Wilbur ties, the city has only two members one of which is not a member of The Order of Wilbur, and has no current plans for new members, due to the volatility of the location and the previous shared alliance between The Wyvernblade and YMP.

Districts
Typhoon was built in honour of Tempest, which would never be finished. The design of Typhoon, from it's layout, to it's polished diorite design, were all inspired by the original drawn out plans by Nebuelaz when building Tempest. The city wouldn't be split into districts as such, however there were multiple planned locations across the city :
- Victory Plaza: This was planned to be the beating heart of Typhoon, similar to the Centre of Tempest. A great open square with shops and homes around the plaza. And at the heart, a great horse statue in honour of Victory, Nebuelaz's horse who died in a tragic incident teleporting from Hurricane to Tempest. Victory plaza would also lead up to The Typhoon Palace, which would itself be split into the Grand Courthouse, The Throne Hall, The Cemetery and The Royal Gardens.
- The Griffongate: The great gates of Typhoon, which was aimed to be the industrial center of the base, with most of the farms, cleverly built hidden into the walls themselves. This section was planned to house many of the bases simpler farms, however due to Typhoons separation from Ymperia, it is possible that some expansion may be required for some larger required farms. Lest the base runs dry on supplies.
- The Dockyards: The docks of Typhoon would be inspired directly from Tempest's own dockyard which was largely completed when the base was abandoned. These would be a grand sea wall, with multiple docks for large ships.
- The Temple of Naru This would be the religious heart of Typhoon, with the Temple of the Sea Dragon Aspect of Peace and Prosperity shown in all her glory. Due to the plans new allegiance, a planned Temple to Wilbur shall also be constructed as The Wyvernblade Codex now confirms Wilburs divinity.
History
Foundations of Troubled Times
Having flown many millions of blocks, Nebuelaz arrived at the location of Ymperia, a base that he hoped would take the attention of the rest of YMP away from the conflict that had been brewing for many months. The base would start on the 23rd of August, 2021 and Typhoon would be one the largest sections of the base, showing the fastest rate of progress. Ymperia would not draw YMP's attention away from the conflict as just before arriving, they had found and griefed Sternenfall Nochmal.
The conflict escalated as Ymperia had stunted growth due to the activity of most of the base mates being dedicated to the conflict. Even so, Typhoon continued to slowly grow as Dawn4 and Nebuelaz both slowly made progress on The Royal Gardens, Cemetery and Griffongate. As the conflict spiraled out of control, eventually The Wyvernblade members of Ymperia would be struck with a large hit. Towards the end of the conflict, ostrich1414 would reach out to Nebuelaz for a peace agreement. A small agreement was made, but lacked any concrete level of trust.
Shortly afterwards, work at the base had grown to a stagnant pace, when 2 of the most active members of Ymperia were banned from SimPvP due to the use of Xray to find portals. This shattered the bases hopes and dreams and with it, Dawn4 stopped building due to the bases chances of ever finishing dropping to an all time low. Nebuelaz too took a break due to the stress of that time period really having hurt his mental health.
From The Depths
Having now returned, Nebuelaz would begin to build at the base at a renewed pace, not as fast as before, but certainly making progress. The city would also leave the cluster of bases within Ymperia to be its own thing. With Nebuelaz also joining The Order of Wilbur, the base would represent both The Wyvernblade and The Order of Wilbur. Hopefully, the base will grow in the prosperity ahead, and leave behind the fear of the past.
