IAmTheSheriff is a player on SimPVP who is known for contributing to bases like [[The Drago Guard]], [[Takyon]], and [[Exultia]]. He also founded the spawn base [[Shitstania]] and co-founded the COF base [[Bestia Papa]]. IAmTheSheriff served during [[The Second Siege]] and is a member of the [[Church of Francis]]

IAmTheSheriff joined SimPVP on March 18, 2019. He cofounded  [[Wacky Shack]] and later [[The Drago Guard]]  
alongside [[VetoTheNeato]]. He then became a knight for [[Shadow Mcmafia]] before splitting from the group to found the spawn base [[Shitstania]].


Shitstania was built from a lavacast directly next to the spawn-protected house at the end of spawn parkour. Its farms, location and constant activity made it a common spawn hangout for new and veteran players, as well as a target for griefers. Due to its unbreakable ender chest and bed, Shitstania became a de facto center of operations during [[The Second Siege]]. Afterwards, however, it was obliterated by TNT and waterlogged in a larger effort to reinforce spawn during the [[YMP Crusade]]. After the removal of the water and creation of new lavacasts, several revivals have been attempted.


==Joining SimPVP and Drago Guard==
Sheriff was recruited by VetoTheNeato to the short-lived [[Sigil]] and its successor bases, [[Takyon]] and [[Exultia]]. He attended both [[Simpvp Summit]]s, representing both Takyon and Shitstania. He also took part in the self-destruction of Takyon after its annexation by [[Caudices]].


IAmTheSheriff joined SimPVP on March 18, 2019, by the recommendation of [[VetoTheNeato]]. Together, they sailed out from spawn and began their first base; a small farm-house on a mushroom island, titled [[Wacky Shack]] which was soon griefed by [[The_Arma]] due to the group’s naïveté. IAmTheSheriff became the second founding member of [[VetoTheNeato]]'s [[The Dragon Guard]]. There, he learned more about SimPVP, along with contributing several modest builds to the base.
In 2021 IAmTheSheriff and [[MFSIMPSON]] (who he had met working at Shitstania) were recruited by the [[Church of Francis]]. They then founded [[Bestia Papa]] together as a COF Recruit Base. It became the most active COF base of the time. IAmTheSheriff won the 2022 SimPVP [[Map Art Competition]] with his depiction of the Battle of Monarchia.
 
==Shadow Mcmafia and Inactivity==
 
Due to some honorable skirmishes in /world, Sheriff became a knight for [[Shadow Mcmafia]]. Invited to the base, his only real activity there was the making of a sky island that held his home. However, this era was one of distinct inactivity for Sheriff. On the rare occasions he bothered to log on, he mostly ran around the base without any objective.
 
==Shitstania==
 
While transporting his bed one day, Sheriff accidentally died and was sent to [[Spawn]]. At the top of Spawn Parkour he noticed a 1x2 hole in spawn's glass. From this hole, he branched out with cobblestone in order to make a temporary spawn base, eventually linking up with a nearby lavacast. This base became known as [[Shitstania]], signaling a new era of activity for Sheriff. What began as a shitpost base began to attract visits from veteran players, and Sheriff began adding to the base substantially. Many new players were fed by Sheriff's hand via his watermelon farm. Additionally, it became a meeting place for established players visiting spawn. While serving in [[The Second Siege]], Sheriff’s base became an asset to the operation. Due to its unbreakable ender chest and bed, Shitstania became a de facto center of operations for the siege. Afterwards, however, Shitstania was obliterated by TNT and waterlogged in a larger effort to reinforce spawn during the [[YMP Crusade]].
 
==Sigil, TAKYON, and Exultia==
 
Sheriff was a member of the short-lived Sigil, but didn't do anything of note. After its destruction, Sheriff was appointed by [[VetoTheNeato]] as a member of [[Takyon]], his new base to replace Sigil. There he constructed some houses, helped with the construction of the Knee Moe museum, and carved notable base member's faces into a nearby cliff, dubbing it Mount Takmore. In this time he also attended the [[SimPVP Summit]], representing both Takyon and Shitstania. He also took part in the self-destruction of Takyon after it's "annexation" by [[Caudices]]. Sheriff then joined Veto once again for his new base, [[Exultia]]. He built a flying island, much like the one he made at McMafia, but utilizing more advanced building techniques. On the island was a windmill, an homage to the music video for “Feel Good Inc.” by the band Gorillaz. Sheriff did not make anything else of note at Exultia. He did attend the Second SimPVP Summit, representing Shitstania again despite its destruction.
 
==Return to Shitstania and Francis Recruitment==
In September of 2021, Sheriff returned to SimPVP. He broke his bed at Exultia and returned to spawn, restarting the Shitstania project on a new lavacast. However, this new effort was quickly destroyed by various players such as 159 and the Operators. He, along with [[MFSIMPSON]] (who he had met working at Shitstania), were recruited by Francis. They then founded [[Bestia Papa]] together as a COF Recruit Base. As of now, it is the COF’s most active base. Sheriff works there today. At this time, he also began making portraits of players in exchange for diamonds.
