January 1st: ostrich1414 hosts a series of New Year's celebration events.
January 2nd: xexc hosts a ceremony for his multi month hiatus from Simpvp, this event was held with most active members from Church_of_Francis and a few members from outside the Church.
January 3rd: dacegod863 creates the wiki page Current Events 2023 after noticing that it is, in fact, 2023.
January 3rd: Laztec constructs SimPVP's Official Diplomatic Embassy at 0,0 in /world, where PVP is strictly forbidden and peaceful trade is encouraged.
