WilburThePig is an alt account owned by ostrich1414 and operated by several members of The Order of Wilbur. The account essentially functions as a community alt, meaning that anyone who has access to it can use it at any given time. So far, the current operators of WilburThePig are ostrich1414, MoWobbler, willowienal, ElectricChugg, cheesy_chips22, GentleGiant69, Laztec, and TuataraBoots. This alt is not to be confused with OrderOfWilbur, which is shared between all OOW members.
History
By May 2021, São Porco was emerging as The Order of Wilbur's newest capital city, and was growing exponentially. With brand new members being added to the base periodically, and high quality farms being built regularly, São Porco required many hours of AFKing so as to increase production output. This, combined with ostrich1414's longing to unite many members of the city through a shared account, led him to create the new alt account WilburThePig on May 25th, 2021, named after the religious icon Wilbur. At this time, any member of São Porco could access and use the account for whatever they wanted, although it largely served as an AFK farm account.
On July 29th, 2021, ostrich1414 decided to make a few changes to how the account was being used; after withholding it from community use for a few days, he re-released it yet again, this time to a select few members of The Order of Wilbur rather than strictly all members of São Porco. MoWobbler, willowienal, ElectricChugg, cheesy_chips22, and GentleGiant69, as well as ostrich1414 himself, all retained access to the WilburThePig account, with any one of them using it at any time. Despite changes in operatorship, the account largely functioned the same way as before.
By the end of the summer, São Porco would be griefed and abandoned, and the crew would eventually move on to found the new Wilburian capital city of New Yittrium (later renamed to Civitrium). The WilburThePig account, being shared between all members, was used as the flying account, where each member would log in and fly a portion until the desired location for Civitrium was reached. At the city itself, WilburThePig would function as an AFK farming alt. By January 2022, two new Civitrium members--Laztec and TuataraBoots--would also gain access.
