History
After the griefing of North Koria (Base) by ostrich1414, The Order of Wilbur began to surge in influence and power, shedding its previous status as a secretive cult and becoming a group of builders that focused on making vast bases. Wilburia and Quabbin were the first attempts at creating a large Wilburian city, but both were compromised and destroyed. The group's third attempt at a major city base was São Porco, but it too fell to betrayal from within. Success was finally achieved with Kinabalu and Civitrium, but the dopamine rush of achieving their goals was not enough for the Wilburians, and soon a campaign was underway to create a third Wilburian city.
